Surprise! Bill Hader and his wife Maggie Carey have welcomed their third child, his rep confirms exclusively to Us Weekly. The couple's baby girl Hayley Hader arrived in L.A. on Saturday, Nov. 15.

Hader and Carey are already proud parents to daughters Hannah Kathryn, 5, and Harper, 2.

The SNL alum and his writer-director love will surely have their hands full with their newborn. In an interview with Conan last year, Hader joked about having to handle two toddlers. "It's hard, it's great, it's beautiful, [but,] I don't sleep," the actor said.

During an appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon back in 2010, Hader made light of raising a newborn for the first time. "When [Hannah Kathryn] poops herself that's the funniest thing because she just gets like a total blank look on her face and fazes out," he laughed. "It's the loudest noise."
